We are usually hiring on the sales and production side. If you are good and you are honest, there is room.
What it is like
This is a company built by someone who came up on the claims side, so documentation standards here are higher than average and nobody is asked to sell something a homeowner does not need. If you have worked somewhere that pushed you to manufacture claims or close in the kitchen at all costs, this is a different operation.
Roles we hire for
- Outside sales representative. Inspection, documentation, scope writing and homeowner communication. Roofing or insurance restoration background helps. The right attitude matters more than the resume.
- Production coordinator. Scheduling crews, material orders, permits, inspections and job-site quality.
- Field inspector. Roof inspections and photo documentation. We will train the right person on the documentation standard.
What we expect
Show up. Document everything. Tell the homeowner the truth even when the truth costs us the job. Do not ever offer to waive a deductible.
