Sizing is the part most bids skip

A 5-inch K-style gutter on a steep roof with a long run and one downspout will overshoot in a hard rain no matter how well it is hung. We size gutter and downspout count to the actual drainage area and roof pitch. On many Ohio homes that means 6-inch gutter and an added downspout, not a wider promise.

Guards

Gutter guards are worth it on homes under tree cover and close to pointless on an open lot. We carry Alu-Rex among other systems. We will tell you when your home does not need them.

Where the water goes

A gutter that discharges against the foundation moved the water three feet and called it solved. Downspout extension and grade away from the house are part of the job.

What does seamless mean?

The gutter is roll-formed on site in one continuous run per elevation, so the only seams are at corners and outlets. Fewer seams, fewer leak points.

Do guards void anything?

Some guard systems fastened under the shingle course can affect a roof warranty depending on the manufacturer. We install in a way that does not compromise a GAF system warranty.
