Roof King & Restoration LLC operates this website. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address and any message you provide. We collect this because we need it to contact you and inspect your property. We do not require any information beyond that.
If you tick the optional consent box we also record that you ticked it, the date and time, and the exact wording shown to you, so both sides have the same record of what was agreed.
Our web host records standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested, which is ordinary for any website and is used for security and troubleshooting.
What we do with it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform work, and communicate with you about your project. We may contact you by phone, text or email at the contact details you provide.
Text messages
Two different things happen on this site and they are worth separating. If you submit a form, we contact you about the inspection you asked for. That is you asking us to get in touch, and it is not marketing.
Separately, the form carries an optional tick box for marketing calls and texts. It is unticked by default, you do not have to tick it, and we will still do the inspection either way. Ticking it is not a condition of buying anything from us.
If you do opt in: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or call us. We record the date you opted in and the exact wording you agreed to.
Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold. This exclusion covers text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with any third party.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade or rent your contact details to other contractors, lead aggregators or marketing companies.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is necessary to do the work: with your insurance carrier and adjuster when you have asked us to assist with a claim, with a financing partner when you have chosen to apply, with material suppliers and subcontractors to the extent needed to complete your project, and where we are required to by law.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies required for the site to function. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies on this site.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jlane@roofkingco.com or call (614) 379-8893. To stop marketing messages, reply STOP to a text or tell us on the phone and we will remove you.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
