Hand-picked quotes on a company’s own website are the least useful reviews available to you, because the company picked them. Every roofing site in Ohio has five glowing paragraphs from "Sarah M. in Dublin." None of them tell you anything.
The live platforms above show the full distribution, including complaints and how they were resolved. That is the information actually worth having when you are deciding who to let on your roof.
